For what purpose is personal data processed?
Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.
Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences.
Personal data, such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name, are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).
The IP address or other network identifiers of the Webstore user are processed to provide the Webstore as an information society service and to compile online usage statistics.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Sales Contract entered into with the customer.

Recipients to whom personal data are transmitted
Personal data are passed on to the Webstore's customer support to manage purchases and purchase history and to solve customer problems.
The name, telephone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. In the case of goods delivered by courier, in addition to the contact details, the customer's address will also be provided.
If the Webstore is accounted for by the service provider, the personal data will be transferred to the service provider for accounting operations.
If the Webstore's payments are made by the service provider, the personal data will be forwarded to the service provider to receive the payments.
Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the Webstore or data hosting
Security and access to data
Personal data are stored on servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework.
Access to the personal data is given to the Webstore employees who need to process the personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the Webstore and to provide customer support services.
The Webstore implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure.
The transfer of the personal data to the authorized processors of the Webstore (eg transport service provider, payment service provider and data hosting) takes place on the basis of agreements concluded with the Webstore and the authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate security measures are in place to protect processing of personal data.
The personal data necessary for making payments may be forwarded to the authorized processor EveryPay AS.
Access to and correction of personal data
Personal data can be accessed and amended in the Webstore's user profile. If the purchase has been made without a user account, the personal data can be accessed via customer support.
Withdrawal of consent
If processing of personal data takes place with the consent of the customer, the customer has the right to withdraw his/her consent by notifying the customer support by e-mail.
Retention of personal data
Upon closing the customer account in the Webstore the personal data will be deleted, unless such data needs to be maintained for accounting or for resolving consumer disputes.
If the purchase in the Webstore has been made without a customer account, the purchase history will be stored for three years.
In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be maintained until the claim is fulfilled or the end of the retention period of the personal data.
Personal data required for accounting purposes shall be maintained for seven years.
You can request deletion of your personal information at any time, please contact customer support via email. The request for deletion will be replied within a month at the latest and the period for deletion of the data will be specified.
The request for transfer of the personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies your identity and notifies you of the personal data that can be transferred.
Direct marketing communications
The e-mail address and telephone number will be used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given his/her consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing communications, he/she has to select the appropriate link in the footer of the email or contact customer support.
If the personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to the initial and further processing of his/her personal data, including profiling related to direct marketing, by notifying customer support by e-mail email@example.com.
